Conference Tests Await WBB on Alumni Weekend
January 28, 2026 | Women's Basketball
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State women's basketball will welcome back its alumni this weekend for games against San Diego and San Francisco, including a special welcome to the 2016 Final Four team 10 years after its magical run.
The Beavers will face the Toreros for the first time after sweeping the season series in 2024-25. USD features Kylie Ray, the conference's third-leading scorer at 17.2 points per game who is entering with momentum after two 20-point games and a win over LMU.
The Dons will be looking for payback after the Beavs took the first half of the season series in the Bay 74-65. Candy Edokpaigbe is right behind Ray in the season scoring race at 17.1 points per game.

STARTING FIVE
ONE WOMAN WRECKING CREW
Kennedie Shuler's game on Thursday against Gonzaga wasn't just a good single-game performance, it was one of the nation's best all-around games. Shuler was an assist (which rimmed out in overtime) away from a triple-double with steals and even without that her 17-point, 10-steal, 9-assist, 5-rebound, 3-block performance made a little history in several ways.
EVERYBODY CRASHES THE GLASS
Oregon State's +6.6 rebounding margin this season is a team effort. The Beavers are 1 of 8 teams nationally who have five players (Tiara Bolden, Nene Sow, Jenna Villa, Kennedie Shuler and Lizzy Williamson) averaging at least 4.7 rebounds/game.
