STARTING FIVE
BEAVS GOT DEPTH
The prowess of Oregon State's bench is a theme early in the 2023-24 campaign. The Beavers lead the Pac-12 in bench points with 28.6 per game with players deeper in the rotation keying victories like a comeback win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the season opener, OSU's bench scored 30+ points in half of its games this year with eight players boasting at least one double-figure game.
Â
OWNING THE BOARDS
Oregon State has been one of the top rebounding teams in the country over the last ten seasons. The Beavs have a rebounding margin of +8.2 during that time, best in the Pac-12Â and ninth nationally.
Â
SEEING DOUBLE (DIGITS)
Donovyn Hunter and Dominika Paurova proved to be players to watch in their college basketball debuts against University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Hunter dazzled with a 14-point, six-assist performance, while Paurova showcased her skill with 13 points, five rebounds and three steals. The pair was the first to score in double-figures in their Oregon State debuts since 2012-13 (Jamie Weisner & Khadidja Toure).
