HEAD COACH EMILY FORD QUOTES: “The Head of the Lake is a great opportunity to see other Pac-12 teams in the fall. It's nice to get a preview of who we'll face in conference competition. In the fall, the name of the game with the longer races is to evaluate the training we've done in the fall and to gauge what we still need to do in preparation for the spring.”
