Team Notes
Oregon State used its ninth different starting lineup this season with Jared Cunningham and Ahmad Starks at guard, Omari Johnson and Devon Collier at forward and Angus Brandt at center.
Oregon State forced UCLA into on opponent season-high 26 turnovers. The previous opponent season-high was 25 by Seattle, Howard and Texas-Pan American.
The Beavers now have more steals than their opponent in 19 of their 24 games.
Player Notes
With a three-pointer in the second-half, senior Calvin Haynes tied Brent Barry for seventh place on Oregon State's all-time three-point field goals made list with 130.
Sophomore Jared Cunningham had five steals and now has 71 on the season to pass Seth Tarver (70) for sixth place on Oregon State's single-season steals list.
Cunningham is only one steal behind Gary Payton's sophomore steals record of 72 that he set in 1987-88.
Freshman Devon Collier had a team-high seven rebounds and has led the team in rebounding in two of the past three games.
Freshman Chris Brown played a career-high eight minutes and tied a career-high with two field goals made.
Freshman Ahmad Starks tied a career-high with four assists.
