Mikey Jacobsen is in his first season with the Beavers in offensive quality control.
Jacobsen came to Corvallis from UCLA, joining the Bruins’ staff in 2021. He spent four seasons as a graduate assistant, going to Pasadena from Utah, where he worked primarily with the team’s wide receivers.
Jacobsen previously worked as an undergraduate volunteer at Utah assisting the offensive staff for the 2016 season and in 2017 was an offensive and special teams administrative assistant.
A 2018 Utah graduate, Jacobsen received his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in Spanish.
Jacobsen is a native of North Salt Lake, Utah. His father Eric was an all-conference selection and captain of the football team during his time at Utah (1984-88), and his uncle Chad also lettered for the Utes (2004-05). His sister, Eden, is a member of the Utes’ soccer program and his grandfather, Mike, spent 29 years as the athletics director at Utah Valley University.
