DEXTER LAKE, Ore. – The Oregon State men's rowing team fell to Santa Clara Saturday morning at Dexter Lake in Dexter, Ore.

The Beaver Varsity 8 finished less than four seconds behind Santa Clara, clocking in with a time of 6:07.29. The Oregon State JV8 also narrowly trailed the Broncos, coming in with a time of 6:16.51 – 3.2 seconds behind the Santa Clara boat.

Oregon State's Varsity 4 came in with a time of 7:18.8, while the 3V8 came in at 6:20.2, both just behind their Bronco counterparts.

The Beavers will be back in California next week for the Redwood Shores II.
