Oregon State Men’s & Women’s Rowing Camps
OSU High Performance Camps are intended for those with rowing experience to develop foundational skills needed to advance rowing performance at all levels. OSU Learn To Row Camps are intended for those with limited to no rowing experience to learn basic skills to row and build a connection to a new sport.
The camps run concurrently and are only separated during the rowing portion. Coached by OSU Rowing coaches and athletes, campers will receive individual feedback and maximum instruction throughout the week. Topics covered at camp will range from technical development, water and erg strategies, strength & conditioning and an overview of the collegiate recruiting process.
Campers will experience OSU, Corvallis and the beautiful Willamette Valley. Off the water, campers will go bowling, hiking, exploring hiking and experience life as an OSU Student-Athlete.
