Beavers Ranked Seventh By Perfect Game To Open 2026

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State baseball team is ranked seventh by Perfect Game to open the 2026 season, it was announced on Thursday.
The Beavers, who finished the 2025 season 48-16-1, were ranked sixth to end the season by Perfect Game. OSU was, in fact, in the top-six of all major polls. The Beavers have finished the season ranked by one major poll in five consecutive seasons under Mitch Canham; they've been in the top-10 two consecutive seasons.
Perfect Game also announced Wednesday that Dax Whitney and Ethan Kleinschmit are preseason All-Americans. Whitney has been selected first team while Kleinschmit was selected to the second team.
