
Beavers Set to Host Saturday Exhibition

THE GAME:Â The Oregon State men's basketball team will host Western Oregon in an exhibition game at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Gill Coliseum.

- The Beavers' 2024-25 season was highlighted by an overtime victory over No. 16 Gonzaga.
- Oregon State finished the 2024-25 season 21st in the nation in field goal percentage and 14th in the nation in free throw percentage.
- The Beavers set the program record for free throw percentage last season, shooting 78.6 percent from the stripe. The Beavers have been over 75 percent as a team in four of the last six seasons
- Oregon State's squad features 10 international student-athletes
- As a team, the Beavers represent nine different nations, including the United States
- As part of the 2025-26 unbalanced WCC schedule, the Beavers will not play road games at Gonzaga or Pepperdine and will not host Saint Mary's or Portland.
- Oregon State's squad features a total of nine newcomers - seven transfers and two freshmen.
- Among Oregon State's notable additions is Dez White, a junior guard from Missouri State. White averaged 14.0 points per game last season and scored in double-figures 23 times.
- Highly touted junior college transfer Keziah Ekissi averaged 12.3 points, 41. rebounds and 3.6 assists last season at Howard College.
- The Beavers earned the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award last season for the third-straight year
- Oregon State will continue its rivalry with Oregon on Nov. 17, the 366th all-time meeting between the two teams - the most often contested matchup in Division I men's basketball.
- The Beavers will take part in the Paradise Jam Nov. 21-24 in the Virgin Islands
