
Softball Signs Trujillo

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Head coach Laura Berg and the Oregon State softball program has added Rylei Trujillo – a right-handed pitcher – to the team ahead of the 2025 season.

Heading west from the desert to the Willamette Valley, Trujillo brings a season's worth of experience from UNLV to Oregon State.
In her lone collegiate season, the Sacramento, Calif., product recorded seven strikeouts in 14.0 innings pitched and even helped her own cause in the batter's box with driving in four runs in 16 at-bats.
Entering UNLV, Trujillo was tabbed 14th overall in the ExtraInning Elite 100 for the class of 2024 and twice was selected to the USA Softball All-American Games. At the plate for Inderkum High, she batted .500 with 38 hits, 11 doubles, a triple, 23 runs driven in and belted seven homers. In the circle, she fanned 108 batters while allowing just 22 earned runs across 63.1 innings in 18 appearances.
