The Beavers have equaled their best start since the 1984-85 team opened 11-1 (the 1989-90, 2011-12 and 2015-16 teams also started 10-2) ... Tres Tinkle (1,906) became the 25th Pac-12 player in history to score 1,900 career points; he needs 68 to pass Mel Counts and move into third on Oregon State's career scoring list ... Ethan Thompson has scored 20-plus points in three of the last four games; he scored a career-high 25 against North Dakota ... Oregon State's other win in Salt Lake City came on Feb. 4, 2012 when they cruised to a 76-58 victory behind Jared Cunningham's game-high 20 points.
