UPDATED: Rowers to Face Top Competition at Clemson Invite

UPDATE: The Clemson Invitational has been moved to begin Friday evening due to expected thunderstorms in the area on Sunday. The schedule below reflects the regatta's changes.
CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State women's rowing team crosses the country this week to race at the Clemson Invitational in South Carolina. Among the field of 20 teams, eight crews are ranked in the most recent poll.
Three Oregon State crews – Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8 and Varsity 4+ – will take on some of the nation's best on the shores of Lake Hartwell.
The invitational has three sessions with each crew racing in each session. The initial session will take place on Friday evening with the final session scheduled for Saturday evening. The first Saturday session begins at 8:30 a.m. ET with the Varsity 8. The second session is slated for a 5 p.m. ET start.
Friday Evening
Varsity 4+ - 6:52 p.m. ET
Second Varsity 8 – 7:18 p.m. ET
Varsity 8 – 7:44 p.m. ET
Saturday Morning
Varsity 8 – 8:38 a.m. ET
Second Varsity 8 – 9:04 a.m. ET
Varsity 4+ - 9:30 a.m. ET
Saturday Evening
Finals will begin at 5:00 p.m. ET and will be seeded based on previous results.
