DALLAS – The Oregon State baseball team dropped a 5-1 decision to fourth-seed VCU Sunday afternoon at Horner Ballpark. Oregon State will now play Dallas Baptist in a game scheduled to start at 6:05 p.m. PT.

The winner of that game will play VCU at 10:05 a.m. PT Monday.

Oregon State (39-17-1 overall) and Dallas Baptist (44-14) are scheduled to air live on ESPN3; the game can also be seen via Watch ESPN. Listen to Mike Parker by tuning into the Beaver Sports Radio Network and the TuneIn application.

Travis Eckert is slated to start for the Beavers against the Patriots' lefty Sean Stutzman.

In Sunday's opening game, KJ Harrison drove in his 60^th run of the season on a sacrifice fly in the seventh but that only pushed the score to 5-1 in favor of the Rams (39-22).

Drew Rasmussen started for the Beavers and allowed seven hits and five runs in 4 1/3 innings. His counterpart, Heath Dwyer, allowed three hits and a run in 6 1/3 innings to improve to 10-2. Rasmussen, meanwhile, dropped to 7-4.
