• Father, Kenny, played collegiate baseball at Hawai’i and later professionally in the Pittsburgh Pirates system. He was a 1993 All-American at Hawai'i.
• Also competed in Japan.
• Mother, Kaleka, played college soccer at Colorado.
• Enjoys going to the beach, bodyboarding and bodysurfing in his spare time.
• Chose Oregon State because “I loved everything about it. It’s an amazing baseball program, with amazing coaches and facilities. It felt like the right fit. It’s a great college town and beautiful school. I felt very comfortable being here.”
