Haley DeSales is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Oregon State volleyball program. She spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Concordia University Irvine.
During her time at CUI, DeSales worked closely with the liberos and primary passers on serve receive and defense. She also managed to team’s Instagram account, uploaded Volleymetrics and served as the recruiting coordinator since January 2020 helping with visits, running the recruiting email and day-to-day communications with recruits.
DeSales also served as the head coach of the Prime Volleyball Club for teams in 11’s and 15’s age groups from 2016-21.
DeSales received her Master’s in Education in May 2021 from Concordia University Irvine. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Education Sciences after playing collegiate volleyball for the Anteaters from 2016-19. While with the Anteaters, DeSales was a two-time All-Big West First Team selection playing as a six rotation outside and libero.
