Katie rowed in the Second Varsity 8 in 2015 … set the pace in the stroke seat of the 2V8 in a win at Gonzaga to open the season … settled in to race in the 6-seat of the 2V8 for the remainder of the season … helped power the 2V8 to first place finishes at the Pac-12 Challenge, ahead of Oklahoma, and at the Oregon State Classic, beating Louisville and Minnesota … registered wins over Minnesota (twice), Clemson (twice), Tennessee, Bucknell, Indiana, Duke, Michigan State, Oklahoma (twice), Harvard-Radcliffe and Penn in the 2V8 at the Clemson Invitational … received CoSIDA Academic All-District honors … named to the CRCA All-Scholar team … earned Pac-12 All-Academic First Team honors.

Katie rowed in the 3-seat of the Varsity 8 finishing 16th at the Princeton Chase, the best finish for a West Coast crew … raced in the stroke seat of the V8 in a win over University of Victoria and Gonzaga … rowed in the stroke seat of the V8 in a dual win over University of San Diego at the Pac-12 Challenge and in a pair of wins over Duke at the Oregon State Classic … rowed in the stroke seat of the Beavers’ V8 winning two out of three races at the Clemson Invitational, beating Gonzaga, Clemson, Columbia, Oklahoma (twice), Tennessee (twice), Texas, Syracuse, Penn, Miami (twice), Harvard, Duke and Iowa … raced in the stroke seat of the V8 in a tie at Washington State … rowed in the stroke seat of the V8 at Pac-12 Championships … earned Pac-12 All-Academic First Team … named to CRCA All-Scholar Team.
