Bryce Hubbard collected a pair of hits and Tanner Douglas struck out four in 2 2/3 innings of work but Oregon State dropped a 3-1 decision to Portland Tuesday night at Joe Etzel Field. The Beavers rallied in the ninth, loading the bases with two down before the Pilots were able to close out the game with a fly out to left. The loss snapped Oregon State's nine-game win streak.
