Jenna Villa Scores Career-High 32 in Dominant Win over Tigers

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Jenna Villa scored a career-high 32 points to lead Oregon State to an 81-61 victory over Pacific on Thursday night at Gill Coliseum, extending the Beavers' winning streak to five games.
Villa became the first Oregon State player to score 30-or-more points since Talia von Oelhoffen scored 41 against Nevada on Maui in 2022. She is now the WCC's leading single-game scorer for 2025-26 and the only conference player to score more than 30 points in a game.
The junior guard made 11-of-18 from the floor, including 4-of-7 from three-point range, and added seven rebounds while efficiently operating in the offense with no turnovers.
Oregon State (11-5, 3-0) shot 56.4 percent from the floor and a were red hot from beyond the arc, knocking down 10-of-18 three-point attempts (55.6 percent). The Beavers held Pacific to 37 percent shooting and dominated the paint, outscoring the Tigers 36-16 inside including 26-6 after the first quarter.
The Beavers took control early, racing out to a 23-14 lead after the first quarter and extending the advantage to 46-24 by halftime. The Beavs built their biggest lead to 33 points in the fourth quarter and did not trail at any point. Oregon State's ball movement was exceptional throughout, as the Beavers dished out 18 assists on 31 field goals.
Néné Sow provided a strong interior presence off the bench, scoring nine points on 4-of-5 shooting and grabbing six rebounds in just 14 minutes. Kennedie Shuler orchestrated the offense with six assists while adding six points, and Tiara Bolden contributed seven points and five rebounds.
Ally Schimel added eight points on efficient 3-of-4 shooting, including 2-of-2 from three-point range. Lizzy Williamson pulled down five rebounds in 16 minutes of action.
The Beavers will have Sunday's action off before heading to Washington State on Thursday, January 8 to battle the Cougars. OSU's next home game is Saturday, January 10 vs. Seattle U.
