
Singleton, Stiles Join Beavers Ahead of 24/25 Season

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State wrestling team has added a pair of student-athletes to the program ahead of the 2024-25 season, as announced Tuesday afternoon.
Gage Singleton (125) and Ethan Stiles (157) have signed their national letters of intent, officially becoming Beavers.
Gage Singleton
Roseburg, Ore. • Roseburg HS • 125 lbs
A local Beaver State product, Singleton comes to Corvallis off a decorated prep career with three OSAA state crowns in the 6A classification at the 113-pound division. Singleton finished his time at Roseburg High with a 129-11 record with four Southwest District titles and tallied a 36-3 mark in his senior season.
Outside of prep competition, he's taken first-place finishes at numerous competitions including the OWA Freestyle State Championship and the Reser's Tournament of Champions.Twice he was named a Fargo All-American.
Singleton joins his brother, Nash, as part of the program.
Ethan Stiles
Hoffman Estates, Ill. • Conant HS • 157 lbs.
Following a redshirt season, Stiles will join the Beavers from Nebraska and will compete for the 157-pound slot. While in Lincoln, the Illinois native tallied a 15-3 record with a 1-2 mark in dual action. Stiles registered bonus points throughout the season with a pair of pins, two major decisions and seven wins by technical falls.
Stiles took first place finishes at two events: the Younes Hospitality Open and Hastings Open.
