CORVALLIS, Ore. – Fans will have their first opportunity to get a look at the 2023 Oregon State gymnastics team tomorrow afternoon, as the squad hosts their annual intrasquad meet on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. inside Gill Coliseum.
The meet will feature alumni guest judges Heather Humphrey, Jamie Law, Taylor Miller, Danae Stanfield-Holmes, Hannah Smith and Colette Yamaoka with gymnast on Team Orange and Team Black competing in head-to-head format to determine a winner.
The Beavs are set to open the regular season on Friday, Jan. 6 with a meet and location to be named early next week.
The 2023 home schedule features five opportunities to see the GymBeavs, including four opponents ranked inside the Top 25 of the WCGA Preseason Poll that was released earlier today.
Seventeen returners highlight the Beavers 21-member roster for the 2023 season, including Pac-12 Gymnast and Freshman of the Year Jade Carey, as well as First Team All-Pac-12 team member Madi Dagen returning for a fifth year, while the GymBeavs welcome four freshman to the mix in Francesca Caso, Jennifer McMillan, Savannah Miller and Ellie Weaver.
