Six OSU Women’s Basketball Players Named to Pac-12 Honor Roll

23 Oregon State athletes selected for Winter Honor Roll
SAN FRANCISCO – Oregon State is highly represented in Tuesday's Pac-12 Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll with 23 individuals claiming a spot on the roster.
The Beavers' women's basketball team had six honorees, headlined by Mikayla Pivec, who was named Pac-12 Scholar Athlete of the Year in February. Taya Corosdale (Human Development & Family Sciences), Aleah Goodman (Human Development & Family Sciences), Patricia Morris (Business Administration), Pivec (Biochemistry and Biophysics), Destiny Slocum (Digital Communication Arts) and Janessa Thropay (Speech Communication) all made the list.
To be eligible for the team, student-athletes must have a 3.30 cumulative GPA and have a minimum one-year residency at the institution. The Honor Roll is a new initiative by the league that takes the place of the former academic first team and second teams.
