Re-Live The 2006 Oregon State Baseball Title

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State fans missing baseball should make sure to follow @BeaverBaseball on Twitter Tuesday.

With no more college baseball this season, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the @BeaverBaseball Twitter account will recreate the 2006 National Championship game that saw the Beavers defeat North Carolina, 3-2, for the program's first title. Photos, graphics, video clips and more will be available through the re-creation.

It's "Re-Live presented by COUNTRY Financial."

"First pitch" of the re-creation is set for just after 4 p.m. – the same time it was in 2006. Lineups and other assorted content will preceed throughout the day.

The game is the first of four scheduled to be re-created on each of the next four Tuesdays – March 24 (2006), March 31 (2007), April 7 (2018 game two versus Arkansas) and April 14 (2018 game three versus Arkansas).
