AGAINST THE DUCKS
• The Beavers trail the all-time series with the Ducks 43-67. The last time OSU defeated Oregon was Nov. 28, 2014 when the Beavers took down the then-No. 13 Ducks in four sets.
AGAINST THE BUFFALOES
• OSU trails Colorado 4-11 all-time. The Beavers' last win over the Buffs was Nov. 12, 2016 in a five-setter in Corvallis.
BEAVERS HOPING FOR REINFORCEMENTS
• Head coach Mark Barnard entered the season believing he had the deepest team he'd seen at Oregon State during his tenure. So far, that idea has been tested. The group Barnard had tabbed as his starting six has played together in just three matches.
• The Beavers trip to the Hoosier Invite has proven costly with injuries to Chloe Brown, Maddie Goings and Amy Underdown.
• The injuries, coupled with Cecilee Max-Brown's illness, led to OSU having just two healthy outside hitters for the Redhawk Invitational, where they went 3-0.
• Last week, Goings, who began the season starting on the right side, returned to the lineup, on the left, at the UNC/CSU Classic.
• This week, OSU hopes to regain some of their frontline firepower, even on a limited basis, to relieve the pressure on the remaining healthy outsides - Goings, Shekinah Clarke and Haylie Bennett.
LAST WEEK
• The Beavers went 0-3 last weekend at the UNC/CSU Classic co-hosted at Northern Colorado and Colorado State.
• Maddie Goings returned to the lineup in Colorado posting a team-best 13 kills in a five-set loss to Northern Colorado on Thursday.
• Goings (11 kills) and Haylie Bennett (10) led the Beavers' offense and Makenna Browne served three aces in a four-game setback to then-No. 22 Colorado State on Friday.
• The Beavers fell in four to Cal Poly (receiving votes) to complete the tournament on Saturday.
ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAMS
• Oregon Classic - New starting outside hitters Chloe Brown and Cecilee Max-Brown were named ot the Oregon Classic All-Tournament Team in their OSU debuts. Brown led the Beavers with 12 and 13 kills respectively and registered the first double-double of her career.

Cheshire set a career-high with 17 kills against Gonzaga and 23 digs against New Mexico, while Clarke registered a career-high 15 kills against the Lobos.
