Beavers Top Huskies, Split with Ducks
May 25, 2019 | Women's Volleyball
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon State defeated Washington, 3-1, then split four sets with Oregon, 2-2, to complete the spring volleyball season Saturday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena.
The Beavers, who faced the Ducks for the third straight weekend, finished the spring having taken five out of 12 sets during the spring season.
OSU's middle blockers in particular were standouts on Saturday according to head coach Mark Barnard.
"Kory (Cheshire) was great on offense and Lindsey Schell played well too," Barnard said. "Grace Massey's passing was great and her digging was even better today."
