A look at former OSU players in the pros
Former members of the Oregon State volleyball team, after their collegiate careers, have gone on to play at the professional level.
Â
"One of the things we've always said, when recruits come here, is that, yeah, there's a four-year college career here, but we'd love for you to look beyond that.," head coach Mark Barnard said. "There's a lot of opportunities, and they're primarily in Europe, but what a great way to make money and learn another language and culture.
Â
"We have such good connections, Ron (Zwerver) and I, with the International scene, that players get that opportunity to play professionally. We've had players play in the Philippines, Czech Republic, Finland, France, China, all over the place."
Â
Here's a look at Beavers who have continued on at the professional level.
Â
Amanda Brown
Brown, a middle blocker, competed for the Beavers from 2012 to 2014, totaling 252 kills as a senior after arriving to the program as a sophomore in 2012. She finished her two-year career with 479 kills, 176 blocks and 44 service aces, and helped OSU to a Sweet 16 appearance as a senior.

Â
