The Game
Oregon State hosts Oregon in a Pac-12 Conference matchup Friday night at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field in Corvallis. First pitch for the third of five Civil War series games presented by PacificSource Health Plans, McDonalds, Spirit Mountain Casino and Your Local Ford Stores is scheduled for 7:32 p.m. PT.

Last Game
Steven Kwan went 4-for-4 and Christian Donahue tallied a 3-for-4 night in Oregon State's 7-5 loss to Portland Tuesday night at Volcanoes Stadium in Keizer. Trever Morrison also had two hits as OSU finished with 13.
Against Oregon
• The teams have split the first two games this season, both coming in mid April in Eugene. OSU won 11-10 on April 18 with the Ducks taking game two, 7-6, on April 27.
• Oregon State holds a 173-160 advantage in the all-time series, and a 24-13 mark since Oregon re-instated its program prior to the 2009 season.

Kwan Swinging A Hot Stick
• Steven Kwan will take a season-long five-game hit streak into Friday's opener. The freshman is 8-for-11 (.727) during the streak.
• Kwan had three hits on the season entering the hit streak. He had begun the year 3-for-21 (.143). He's now 11-for-32 (.344) overall.
Donahue Does What Donahue Does
• Christian Donahue will also carry a significant streak into the opener. The sophomore is at seven games and can tie his season-long with a hit Friday.
• He is 13-for-33 (.394) with six runs batted in and two doubles during the current streak.
• Donahue has hit safely in 17 of his last 19 games. He has reached base safely in all 19.
At Home
• The Beavers have played well at Goss Stadium this season, posting a 13-4 overall record and 7-2 mark in Pac-12 Conference play.
• Oregon State is batting .295 at home, recording a .432 slugging percentage and .382 on-base average.
• Impressively, as a team, OSU has struck out just 74 times to 73 walks at Goss.
