Trevor Yu Fires Low 54

Calum Hill and Jonas Liebich each fired even par rounds of 71 Wednesday to pace the Oregon State men's golf team to a sixth place finish at the 54-hole Bandon Dunes Championship at the 6,682-yard Bandon Trails Course.
As a team, the Beavers shot 36-over-par 888 to finish in sixth place and moved up the leaderboard five places following the first round.
Trevor Yu paced OSU overall finishing tied for 13th at 220 after rounds of 76, 71 and 73. Hill tied for 19th at 223, Kevin Murphy tied for 28th at 225, Liebich tied for 26th at 226 and Tyler Carlson tied for 46th at 230. Two Beavers were competing as individuals with Conner Kumpula finishing 12th at 218 and Chris Tedesco placing tied for 63rd at 238.
Clemson captured the team title at 854 and Utah Valley's Blair Busey was the medalist at 5-under 208.
The team returns to action hosting the Airstream Adventures Northwest Classic March 21-22 in Canby.
