
Rowers Set to Race at Head of the Oklahoma

Oregon State's women's rowing team gets the 2015 fall season underway this Saturday at the OCU Head of the Oklahoma Regatta in Oklahoma City.
The Head of the Oklahoma features 2.5-mile head race in the afternoon and leads up to the 500-meter OGE NightSprints in the evening under lights along the race course.
COURSE: The 2.5 mile head race course takes place on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. Competitors race in a counter-clockwise pattern with the starting line at the west end of the basin. The 500m OGE NightSprints course on the Oklahoma River is an adrenaline fueled sprint under the lights.
RACE TIMES: OSU is slated to race twice on Saturday, with the Women's Collegiate 8 starting at 12:30 p.m. CT for the head race. The Beavers are back on the water in for the Women's College 8 500-meter NightSprints at 7:45 p.m. CT.
