Joe Burton grabbed eight rebounds to move into fifth all-time at Oregon State with 697 and pass Jay Carty who had 691 from 1960-62. Burton trails only All-Americans Mel Counts (1,375), A.C. Green (880), Dave Gambee (828) and Steve Johnson (785).
Roberto Nelson scored a game-high 28 points to lead the Beavers in scoring for the seventh straight game. It's the 10th time this season, and 13th time in his career, he has scored 20-plus points in a game.
Roberto Nelson took a career-high 26 field goal attempts and tied a career best with 10 field goals made. His previous career-high was 16 field goal attempts in two games, most recently at Washington on Feb. 16, 2013. He made 10 field goals in two games previously, most recently at California on Jan. 31, 2013.
Nelson took a career-high nine three-point attempts. His previous career best was eight in three games, most recently against Washington on Jan 23, 2013.
Eric Moreland had 11 points and 11 rebounds for his 10th double-double of the season and 13th in his career. The Beavers, however, fell to 8-2 this season when Moreland has a double-double.
It's the 14th time this season and 25th time in his career Moreland has double-digit rebounding games.
Challe Barton tied a career high with two steals to match his total in four previous games.
Oregon State shot a season-low 13.3 percent (2-for-15) from the three-point line. The previous low was 16.7 percent (1-for-6) at Portland State on Dec. 12.
The 82 points by Stanford is the most by an Oregon State Pac-12 opponent this season, bettering the 81 the Cardinal scored on Super Bowl Sunday at Maples Pavilion.
