Oregon State Edges Sacramento St. 76-73

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - David Lucas had 24 points as Oregon State rallied from a 12-point second-half deficit to beat Sacramento State 76-73 Monday night.
Brandon Guyton had 15 points on five 3-pointers to lead the Hornets (4-6).
Lucas hit two free throws with 25.9 seconds left and the Beavers (5-4) kept Sacramento State from scoring on the other end as time ran out.
Chris Stephens added 18 for Oregon State, which has four overtime losses this season, and fell 82-80 to Boise State Saturday.
Sacramento State shot 61.5 percent in the first half, but just 41.9 after that.
Guyton hit three consecutive 3-pointers from the same spot on the floor as the Hornets jumped out to a 14-6 lead at 13:12 in the first half. By halftime, the Hornets led 41-31.
The Hornets then took their biggest lead 49-37 at 16:30 in the second half, but the Beavers went on a 19-4 run to get back in the game.
Jim Hanchett converted a J.S. Nash steal into a rim-shaking, reverse slam to get the Beavers within 57-53 at 10:08. Nash stole the inbound pass and fed Lucas, who hit two free throws to make it 57-55. Oregon State pulled into a tie at 60-60 when Chris Stephens hit two free throws at 8:24.
Stephens hit a 3-pointer at 1:05 to give the Beavers a 74-71 lead.
Sacramento State is 1-20 against Pac-10 schools.
The Beavers shot 57.1 percent in the second half and 47.5 for the game. Nash had nine assists for Oregon State.
