Jessica Coppolino became the Assistant Athletic Director and Chief of Staff on July 1, 2022. While at Oregon State Coppolino has served as the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development as well as the Athletic Executive Administrative Assistant since arriving in Corvallis in September 2021.
Prior to arriving at Oregon State Coppolino was the Director of Athletics at Mount Saint Mary College located in Newburgh, NY. Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of athletics, intramurals and recreation, budget oversight and attending to NCAA and Skyline Conference matters. In addition to her administrative duties, Coppolino served as the Mount Saint Mary College Head Softball Coach where she guided the softball program to unprecedented success in her four years at the helm. The Knights won two straight conference championships, made two straight appearances in the NCAA Tournament and won the program's first ever NCAA game in 2016 and she was named the Skyline Conference's Coach of the Year three times.

A native of Hyde Park, N.Y., Coppolino currently resides in Newberg, OR with her husband Mike and son, Carter.
