- Helped OSU to a fourth-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships
- Secured a spot in the Varsity 8 in her first season at Oregon State
- Rowed in the 5-seat of the Varsity 8 ‘B’ crew finishing seventh at the Head of the American
- Raced in the stroke seat of the V8 at the Bulldog Classic finishing second in both races
- Rowed in the 5-seat of the V8 against Stanford, OSU’s only spring race before the season was ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic

- Earned All-ACC Second Team honors
- Raced in the Varsity 8 at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational
- Rowed in the Hurricanes’ Varsity 4 finishing 10th at the Rivanna Romp
- Raced in the Varsity 8 in a three session regatta hosted by Louisville at Oak Ridge, Tenn.
- Rowed in the V8 against Wisconsin and UCF, as well as in the Sunshine State Invitational
- Raced in the V8 at the Knecht Cup winning the petite final beating Kansas, UConn, UMass, Villanova and New Hampshire
- Rowed in the Second Varsity 8 at the Longhorn Invitational helping the Canes to an eighth place team finish
- Finished third in the petite final at ACC Championships in the 2V8
- Member of North Shore Rowing Club
- Won the silver medal in the U19 four event at the 2016 New Zealand Championships
- Took gold in the U18 lightweight four at the North Island Secondary School Championships
- Was a silver medalist in the U18 lightweight four event at the New Zealand Secondary School Championships
- Daughter of Roger and Deborah White-Parson
- Father, Roger, rowed for the New Zealand elite team that claimed the world champion title in 1982 and 1983 in the men’s 8+
