Elizabeth Rudisill

Elizabeth Rudisill joined Oregon State as Director of Basketball Operations ahead of the 2025-26 season. Elizabeth previously worked for the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. She served in American embassies and consulates in South Korea, Mexico, Cuba, Australia, and Côte d’Ivoire. In her overseas roles, Elizabeth managed visa and passport operations and routine and emergency services to U.S. citizens. In domestic roles in Washington, DC, Elizabeth worked in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research and the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. 
 
In her diplomatic career, Elizabeth developed and drafted strategic recommendations and briefing materials for senior officials, including ambassadors, members of Congress, the Secretary of State, and the President. She led teams that provided essential information and direct services to U.S. citizens during emergencies like wildfires, hurricanes, a pandemic, and plane crashes.
 
Elizabeth graduated from Duke University with a degree in classical civilizations. She is a lifelong basketball fan and player, and she coached youth teams in Australia and the United States. Elizabeth speaks Spanish, French, and some Korean.
