SENIOR (2024-25):
JUNIOR (2023-24)
- Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic selection
- Appeared in all seven regattas during the spring championship season, splitting time between the second and third varsity eight
- Part of a 3V8 that won two of three races at the Redwood Shores Invitational II
- Victorious again with the third eight in a dominant team performance on the road against Gonzaga, UC San Diego and Stanta Clara, where four out of five Beaver boats won
- Added another win over Holy Cross in the next regatta on May 3
- Made the Grand Final at the MPSF Championship with the 3V8, helping the Beavs finish in third place overall with 47 points, five points ahead of Stanford
- Competed in the IRA National Championship Regatta, where OSU placed 21st in the country
JUNIOR (2023-24)
- Wore multiple hats in his third year with races in the V4, 2V and 3V boats
- Helped the Varsity 4 beat Stanford on home waters
- Raced with the 2V at IRAs, placing 16th
- Competed in every regatta, primarily with the 3V
- Saw time in the 2V boat in the year's second race
- Helped the team reach IRAs with the 3V
- Competed in eight events on the season
- Was in the Beaver Varsity 4 that took third at Pac-12 Championships
- Rowed in the Oregon State 3V8 against Cornell, Georgetown and Penn
- Was in the OSU JV8 that finished first vs. Gonzaga
- Attended Acalanes High School
- Son of Jenny and Jim Shepherd

- Intends to major in business finance
- Enjoys cars, boats, fishing, design and iking
- Is an eagle scout
- Chose Oregon State mostly for the rowing program, and also because of the location. “Oregon is such an amazing place, and Oregon State is in one of the best locations.”
