- Finish third in the state in the discus
- Named as the Thrower of the Meet at the Coos County Classic and Prefontaine Classic

- Son of Frank Bierce and Angelina Shelton
- Has two brothers, Bryce and Kaiden, and three sisters, Tori, Mackenzie and Hope
- Held student body vice president and secretary positions at North Bend High
- Received a principal’s honorary student award and the Spirit of a Champion award for service
- Earned academic excellence awards in computer science, metals, algebra, physics and chemistry
