2015 outdoors: Competed in six meets in shot and three in discus ... Set PR in discus (101-11) at Willamette Invitational (3/28/15). 2015 Indoors: Competed in one meet. Season Bests: Outdoors - Shot put - 37-8, Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/18/15); discus - 101-11, Willamette Invitational, Salem, Ore. (3/28/15). Indoors - Shot Put - 36-1.50, UW Preview, Seattle (1/17/15).

2014 Outdoors: Competed exclusively in the shot put, entering six meets … Threw better than 35-0 in each outing … PR’d with a throw of 38-3.25 at the John Knight Twilight on April 11 … Started the season with a 36-6.25 at the OSU Invitational on March 8, finishing sixth … Came in fifth with a mark of 38-2 at the Titan Twilight (April 24). 2014 Indoors: Competed at both the UW Invitational (Feb. 1) and Husky Classic (Feb. 15) … Finished 12th in her flight and 25th overall in the former (36-7.50) and 13th in her flight and 37th overall in the latter (36-0). Season Bests: Outdoors – Shot Put – 38-3.25/11.66m (PR), John Knight Twilight, Monmouth, Ore. (4/11/14). Indoors – Shot Put – 36-7.50/11.16m, UW Invitational, Seattle, Wash. (2/1/14).

COTTAGE GROVE HS: Competed in the throws for four years and was a track and field team captain in 2012 and 2013 … Improved her shot put mark each year of high school, starting with a throw of 26-10 as a freshman in 2010 and PR’ing with a mark of 38-11.75 as a senior in 2013 … Also increased her discus mark to a personal best 117-2 as a senior … Finished third at the 2013 OSAA 4A State Championships in the shot put (38-7.50) and fourth in the discus (114-11) … Owns a javelin PR of 72-9 from 2012 … Also was a goalie on the soccer team earning letters in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Caroll and Perry Ingraham … Has three older siblings, Jamie, Chris and Kacie … Member of the honor roll, National Honor Society and was her high school valedictorian … Chose to attend Oregon State because “of its engineering program and the track and field team.”
