Beavers Set to take on Oregon and Washington

THE GAMES: The Oregon State women's soccer team return to the Beaver State this week for a road matchup at Oregon on Thursday and a home game against No. 11 Washington on Sunday.

UP NEXT: Oregon State will remain in the state of Oregon for their next until the end of September, and will host Utah and Seattle U Sept. 6 and 10, respectively.

- Adele Schwab is Oregon State's leading returner, having started all 19 matches for the Beavers last season. The midfielder was tied for the team lead with eight points on the year.
- Oregon State returns to action as a member of the Pac-12 this season, after playing the prior two campaigns in the WCC. The Beavers are joined in the new-look conference by Boise State, San Diego State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Washington State, Texas State and Gonzaga.
- For the first time in conference history, the Pac-12 will hold a women's soccer tournament this year, with the top-four regular-season finishers making the event.
- Mya Sanchez, a two-time All-WCC Honorable Mention who started every game the past two seasons, graduated and signed a professional contract with Shelbourne FC in Ireland's League of Ireland Premier Division.
The Staff:
- Caroline Kelly took over as interim head coach prior to the 2024 season, and was promoted to head coach ahead of last season's campaign.Â
- Kelly also served as an assistant coach for the Beavers from 2021-23. Prior to that she had stints at Cincinnati, Army and Dartmouth
- Kwame Oduro was promoted to the role of Associate Head Coach ahead of the 2026 season. Oduro joined the Oregon State staff in the winter of 2025, after spending 10 years as the head coach of the St. Bonaventure men's soccer program.
- Connor Golley is in his first season on the Oregon State staff. He joins the Beavers after stints at Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure.
The Matchups:
- Oregon State will be facing Oregon for the 34th time in program history.
- The Beavers and Ducks will be meeting for the first time since 2023. The last two seasons marked the first two years the the two teams have not faced off since Oregon re-instated its varsity women's soccer program in 1996.
- This will also mark the first meeting in the series with Caroline Kelly serving as Beaver head coach.
- Oregon State and Washington will meet for the 37th time.Â
- The two teams have drawn their last three meetings, including a 1-1 tie last season in Seattle.
