• Oregon State an UTRGV are actually meeting for the fifth time on Wednesday. The first three games came in a 2006 OSU sweep when UTRGV was known as UT-Pan American.
• Oregon State's team earned run average of 3.16 is lowest in the nation. UCLA is No. 2 at 3.23.
• OSU is also second with a 1.15 WHIP, just behind Auburn's 1.13.
• Oregon State has gone 13-3 in April, outscoring opponents 111 to 41 across 16 games — a run differential of plus-70. The Beavers have averaged 6.94 runs per game while allowing just 2.56.
• Albert Roblez leads the nation with 13 saves, which also now ties Jake Mulholland (2021) and Bridger Holmes (2024) for fourth-most in a single-season at OSU. Next up is No. 3 Kevin Gunderson with 14 in 2005.

• Talt has stolen 14 bases in 19 home games at Goss Stadium while scoring 17 runs — tied with Singer for the team lead.
• Singer leads the Beavers in home RBI (21) and hits (23), batting .338 with three home runs and seven doubles in 19 games.
• Freshman Ethan Porter has drawn 12 walks against just six strikeouts in 23 at-bats this season. His pinch-hit RBI single Tuesday was the first of his collegiate career.
• Oregon State comes into Wednesday's game with a .985 fielding percentage, ranking fourth nationally.
• The Beavers' three double plays Tuesday marked a season-high and OSU has turned seven over its last three games.
• The eighth inning has been Oregon State's most productive frame at Goss Stadium, with the Beavers scoring 24 runs in that inning across 19 home games — an average of 1.26 per game. The fifth and seventh innings are tied for second at 21 runs apiece.
