Kyra Ly Named WGCA Honorable Mention All-American

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Kyra Ly was named an Honorable Mention All-American by the by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) on Tuesday.

Ly is the second Oregon State women's golfer to earn All-America recognition, joining Kathleen Takaishi who received the honor in 1998.

A native of Portland, Ly played in all 11 tournaments this past season and had a scoring average of 71.88 in 33 rounds, the best in Oregon State single-season history. She had five Top 10 finishes, tied for the fifth most in Oregon State single-season history, and shot 15 sub-par rounds.

Ly won the individual title at the Causeway Invitational, her second collegiate win. Her best score was a 7-under 65 in the first round of the Causeway Invitational, the best in Oregon State history, and her best three-round score was a 16-under 200 at the Causeway Invitational, also the best in Oregon State history.

She was voted the West Coast Conference (WCC) Player of the Year, was an All-WCC selection and was named the WCC Golfer of the Month in February.

Ly will enter her senior season in 2025-26 with a career scoring average of 73.27, currently the third best in Oregon State history. She has eight career Top 10 finishes, tied for the seventh most in program history.
