When the rankings were updated on Monday, OSU remained at No. 11 while the beam lineup moved up two spots and now sit at No. 6.
RECORD BREAKING:
Early in the week, it was announced that Saturday's meet against Air Force had officially sold out. Attendance has been strong all season long, as the Beavers entered the competition with an average of over 5,000 fans and were treated to a record-breaking crowd of 9,042 spectators.
It was just the second sellout in program history and the first time that Oregon State has welcomed over 9,000 fans into Gill Coliseum for a meet.
STEADY:
In the first rotation, Oregon State's vaulters set a new season high for a single rotation, counting no lower than a 9.825 on their way to a 49.325 rotation score. Natalie Briones tied her season high in the leadoff spot with a 9.850 and was followed by Olivia Buckner (9.825), Sophia Esposito (9.850), Kaitlin Garcia (9.850) and Jade Carey (9.950); including Sage Thompson's 9.800, the performance marked the first time this season that the Beaver vault lineup has had every single athlete earn a 9.800 or higher.
FANTASTIC FLOOR:
Not to be outdone, OSU's floor lineup also set a new season high, combining for a 49.625 that came within striking distance of the program record, 49.700, which came against Stanford on Feb. 27, 2004. Olivia Buckner's 9.850 was followed by four-consecutive 9.900 or better scores, with Sophia Esposito (9.925), Sage Thompson (9.900) and Kaitlin Garcia (9.95) setting up a Carey perfect 10 that sent the sold-out Gill Coliseum into a frenzy.
LEGENDARY:
So much has been written about the success of Carey's illustrious collegiate career, yet Saturday the senior from Phoenix, Ariz., set a new standard, finishing with a 39.925 all-around score that was the highest in program history and tied for the fourth highest in NCAA gymnastics history. After that 9.950 on vault, she earned a 9.975 that fans and teammates alike calling for a perfect score, before earning a pair of 10s on beam and floor.
In her career, Carey is now up to 14 perfect 10s. With the second perfect score on beam, has now completed the gym slam twice over and enters this week's meet as the nation's leader on beam and in the all-around.

Another meet, another incredible beam routine for Lauren Letzsch, who has been a critical part of the Beavers' sixth-ranked beam lineup. On Senior Day, Letzsch saw a 10 from judge two on her way to a career-best 9.950, besting the 9.925 she earned against Stanford on Feb. 25, 2023. Originally from Golden, Colo., Letzsch has appeared on the beam in all 11 meets this season, earning an average score of 9.845.
FANTASTIC ON FLOOR:

On Saturday against Air Force, that showed itself in a pair of 9.850s on vault and beam before earning her third 9.900-plus floor exercise score in the final rotation. An All Pac-12 Honorable Mention selection on the vault as a freshman, Esposito has exceled on beam and floor as a sophomore, never scoring lower than a 9.825 on floor while earning a 9.850 or better in eight meets on the beam.
Entering Friday's competition against Fisk, Esposito holds averages of 9.792 on vault, 9.841 on the beam and 9.865 on floor.

Across the last four meets, Garcia is averaging a 9.868 for the vault lineup and improves to a 9.881 average on floor exercise, and on senior day tied a career high with a 9.950 FX score.
Also adding a 9.850 on vault, it was just the second time this season that she has averaged a 9.900 across both events in a single meet, having previously earned a pair of 9.900s against Washington and Alaska on Feb. 10.
RESPONDED:
After a down meet against San José State, Olivia Buckner responded in a huge way against Air Force on Saturday, earning three 9.800 or better scores in the same meet for the first time in her Oregon State career.
