Oregon State Rowing to Host Annual Spring Launch Dinner

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Registration is now open for the Oregon State Rowing Spring Launch Dinner. Join the teams Saturday, Feb. 22, as the men's and women's teams get together to kick off their spring racing seasons.
Come early and watch the Beavs' ergometer race in the morning. Both men's and women's teams will compete at CRASH Beavs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Truax Indoor Center.
Doors for the Spring Launch Dinner will open at 4:45 p.m. at the Toyota Club in Reser Stadium. The main program will begin at 6:30 p.m. following a social hour, silent auction and dinner service. Head coaches Michael Eichler and Gabe Winkler will headline the event along with alumni and current student-athletes.
Attendees will round out the event with a live auction and paddle raise before closing remarks bring the proceedings to an end.

Both teams' spring season openers are coming up soon, with the men headed to San Carlos, Calif., for the Redwood Shores Invitational on March 1, while the women's team will be split up into two groups on March 8, sending boats to both the Husky Open (Seattle, Wash.) and PLU Invite (Tacoma, Wash.).
