• Travis Bazzana was named the National Hitter of the Month for March by the NCBWA. He batted .475 (29-for-61) with 27 runs scored, four doubles, one triple, 10 home runs and 26 runs batted in.
• Jacob Kmatz was named the Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week on Monday after throwing a complete game versus Arizona State on Saturday. He held the Sun Devils to four hits and a run with six strikeouts.
• Gavin Turley, meanwhile, was named the Pac-12's Player of the Week on Monday as well. He collected 10 hits, with two doubles, three home runs, 11 RBI and eight runs scored against in a 5-0 week versus Gonzaga and Arizona State.
• Turley gives the Beavers five Pac-12 Player of the Week honors this year. Bazzana has three and Mason Guerra also has one.
• Bazzana heads into the series on a 13-game hit streak and is tied for the program's career record with 34 home runs. He's also got 381 total bases, one shy of equaling Andy Jarvis (2000-03) for the program's record.
• Elijah Hainline is on a five-game hit streak and has 12 hits with one double, one triple, one home run and nine RBI during it.
• The Beavers' 59 home runs this season are tied for fourth-most in a season at OSU. The 2024 club is tied with 2022 and trails 2023 (89), 2018 (67) and 1998 (60). The 2024 club is on pace for 106 through the regular season.
• Oregon State has won 19 consecutive games at home, the third-longest active streak in the nation behind North Carolina (24) and Arkansas (21). Twenty-four from 1951-52 is the OSU all-time record.
