• Mitch Canham won his 150th game at Oregon State on Friday.• Aiden May made his first appearance since Feb. 23 against Arkansas. He worked 2 2/3 innings before being replaced by reliever Nelson Keljo in the third inning.
• May's appearance was the second of his career against Washington after limiting the Huskies to five hits and a run in five innings last season.
• May has struck out 15 in 12 1/3 innings this season, scattering 10 hits and four runs over three starts.• Travis Bazzana has homered in three consecutive games. He was the last Beaver to have done so, when he accomplished the feat May 13, 14 and 16 of last year against UCLA and Paortland.
