No. 7 Washington State Drops Beavs

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State volleyball team dropped a three-set affair to seventh-ranked Washington State, 3-0 (18-25, 16-25, 17-25), Thursday night inside Gill Coliseum.
Ava Pitchford led the Beavers (5-8, 0-3 Pac-12) with 16 assists, while Amanda Burns' eight kills was a team-high and Mychael Vernon tallied nine digs.
The Beavers will close out the weekend with a nationally-televised tilt with Washington on Sunday, October 1st at noon. Action from Gill Coliseum against the Huskies can be seen on the Pac-12 Networks.
