Beaver to Host Senior Day Sunday

THE GAMES: Oregon State will return to nonconference action Sunday when LMU visits Lorenz Field. The game will mark Senior Day for the Beavers.

UP NEXT: Oregon State will hit the road next week for a rivalry matchup at Washington. The Beavers next home match will be Oct. 5 when UCLA visits Lorenz Field.

Quick Hitters:
- The Beavers will celebrate Senior Day on Sunday. David Alino, Vicho Castro, Logan Farrington, Jacob Huth, Turner Humphrey, Zach Lame and Ellis Spikner will all be honored in a postgame ceremony.
- Oregon State earned a landmark victory on Sunday, taking down No. 1 Stanford on the road.
- The Beavers have now beaten the No. 1 team in the nation in three-straight seasons with all three of those occurences happening on the road.

- Logan Farrington was named Pac-12 Player of the Week, College Soccer News Player of the Week, Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week. The forward scored three goals over the two games, including both of the Beavers' goals at Stanford.
- Farrington joins the Beavers as a transfer from Milwaukee, where he was a two-time All-Horizon League First Team honoree.
- Farrington is second in the nation and first in the Pac-12 with seven goals this season
- Fran Cortijo leads the Pac-12 in asists and is third in the nation with five.
- Javier Armas, Ellis Spikner and Dante Williams were all selected to the Pac-12 Preseason All-Conference Team
- The Beavers return three All-Pac-12 players from last year's squad - Second Team selection Javier Armas and Honorable Mentions Nicklas Lund and Dante Williams.
- Oregon State set a program record with six draws last season, the first season in which the NCAA removed overtime for regular season games.
- OSU has not lost in its last nine Pac-12 home matches
- The Beavers welcomed in 15 newcomers this offseason
- Nicklas Lund has started all 41 matches he has played in his Oregon State career, and has led the team in minutes played in each of the last two seasons.
- Javier Armas has made 58 career starts, and needs 10 more appearances in the first XI to crack the top-10 in Oregon State history for games started.
- Seven Oregon State players have been selected in the last five MLS SuperDrafts
- Five Beavers are currently on active MLS rosters - Khiry Shelton (Sporting KC), Tsiki Ntsabeleng (FC Dallas), Sofiane Djeffal (Austin FC), Hassani Dotson (Minnesota United), Matt Bersano (Austin FC).

The Coaches:
- Oregon State head coach Greg Dalby joins the Beavers for his first season as head coach.
- Dalby spent the last five seasons as an assistant coach at Penn State, and before that worked at Notre Dame and Davidson.
- Dalby was an All-American and MAC Hermann semifinalist at Notre Dame during his playing career, and played professionally in MLS and the Belgian Premiere League.
- Sergi Nus returns for his second season with the Beavers, and is the only returning member of the staff.
- Jarred Brookins is in his first year with OSU, after joining the team from Davidson.
- Former Oregon State players Evan Munn (Assistant Coach - Goalkeepers) and Adrian Molina-Diaz (Graduate Assistant Coach) also joined the OSU staff this summer.

The Matchups:
- Oregon State is 3-1-1 all-time against LMU. The teams have not met since 2008
