Men’s Golf Heads North For Husky Invite

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team travels north to participate in the Husky Invitational. The event runs 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday at the par-72 Gold Mountain Golf Club.
The event is Oregon State's second of the year following a trip to Michigan two weeks ago for the Folds of Honor Collegiate. Nicolas Quintero, in his first tournament as a Beaver, finished in a tie for sixth after shooting a 1-over 213.
FIELD (14): Oregon State, Washington, California, Colorado State, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Seattle, San Diego State, San Jose State, Saint Mary's, UCLA, Utah and Washington State.
COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-72, 7,155-yard Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton.
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's contingent will include Nicolas Quintero, Rylan Johnson, Mateo Fuenmayor, Alfred Raja and Collin Hodgkinson. Stanley Lin, Jackson Lake, Zach Miller, Brandon Eyre and Brody Marconi will compete as individuals.
FORMAT: Two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
TEE TIMES: Oregon State will tee off starting at 7:15 a.m. on Monday, with the first two rounds – 36 holes – to be played continuously.
LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament on golfstat.com.
