
Clerici and Park to Represent Beavs at U23 World Rowing Championships

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State women's rowing will send a pair to represent the program at the Under 23 World Rowing Championships, July 19th-23rd, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Evan Park will represent Team USA, while Giulia Clerici will row for Team Italy.
Park will be 7 seat of the United States U23 8+. This past season at Oregon State, Park rowed in the 1V8+ boat for all races, splitting her time between the fourth and sixth seat in the Beavs top boat.
Clerici will be stroking the Italian U23 lightweight 4x (quad). In her first collegiate season, Clerici was a member of the second eight, spending the season primarily in seven seat with two appearances in stroke seat.
Clerici makes her second-straight appearance at World's, after taking bronze in the lightweight single sculls a year ago.
