Mikey Kane drove in a season-high four runs to send Oregon State to an 11-4 win over Utah Sunday in front of 4,014 fans at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field. With the win, the Beavers took the final two games against the Utes, winning the series. Kane doubled home two runs in the first, doubled in another run in the fifth and reached on an infield single in the eighth to record his fourth RBI of the afternoon. Kane's three hits served as a game-high for the Beavers' offense, which recorded 17, the team's most in Pac-12 Conference play this season.

• Oregon State and Portland are meeting for the second time this season. The Beavers were 8-6 winners on March 21 in Corvallis.
• Oregon State is playing its fifth game at Ron Tonkin Field since 2016, and carries a 3-1 record there into Tuesday's matchup, with a 2-1 mark against the Pilots.
• The teams are playing at a neutral site for the 19th time; OSU leads 10-8.
• The Beavers are batting .375 (44-for-144) thus far in May, collecting 12 doubles, a triple and five home runs with 22 walks to 25 strikeouts. That's a .507 team slugging percentage.
