Second Round Suspended Due To Darkness At Meadow Club

FAIRFAX, Calif. – The second round of the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational was suspended due to darkness on Monday with the Oregon State women's golf team making a charge up the leaderboard.
The Beavers shot a 16-over 304 in Monday's opening round but were 2 over in the second round with players through six to 12 holes at the par-72, 6,157-yard Meadow Club.
The first round was suspended twice with heavy a downpour of rain, including a delay of more than one hour.
The second round will be finished Tuesday morning with the final round beginning immediately after it concludes. Live scoring is available at golfstat.com.
Danique Stokmans dropped in two birdies and had nine pars in the second round before play was halted. She opened the tourney with a 4-over 76 and is tied for 19th place overall.
Chayse Gomez had the Beavers' best score in the morning, a 3-over 75, and was 2 over through 10 holes in the afternoon.
Amanda Minni equaled Stokmans with a 4-over 76 in the first round and was 2 over through her first 12 holes in the second round.
Madde Sund and Kyra Ly were both playing better in the afternoon after carding a 5-over 77 and 9-over 81, respectively, in the morning. Sund was 4 over through 12 holes, while Ly was even par with a birdie and bogey through six holes.
