Beavs Head South For Dellinger Invitational

CORVALLIS – Coming off their first team and individual wins of the 2022 season, Oregon State cross country heads to Springfield, Ore. for the Dellinger Invitational.

The 6K race is held at Pine Ridge Golf Course (formerly Springfield Golf Course), and the women's race is slated to begin at 11:45 a.m. It will be Oregon State's first 6K of the season as the Beavs continue to ramp up for their most important races.

The race will be broadcast on RunnerSpace ($) and live results will be available here. For those making the trip to Springfield, meet information including parking and timing is here. Â

The Beavs will not have a scoring team, but three runners will head out onto the course with Gabby Peterson, Emily Foote and Aleen Golla slated to compete for the second time in 2022. All three placed in the top-15 at the Lewis & Clark Chase Race to open the season.

Oregon State held steady in the USTFCCCA regional rankings this week, maintaining the No. 5 slot. The Beavers jumped two spots in the national coaches' poll to No. 24.
